Background: Coronavirus is one of the most common respiratory infections in world. SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV, two prior epidemics coronaviruses (CoVs) that have been considered as major public health threats, are examples past coronavirus outbreaks.Method: The current study included eighty-four covid – 19 patients who were attending Al Hussein medical city, Hayat unit, Karbala Al-Hakim General Hospital, Al-Shahid Hassan Hallous al_Hatmi Hospital/Al_amal Najaf city; Marjan teaching hospital Babylon Iraq. In period from November 2020 to march 2022. Results: results show levels serum electrolytes elevated mild group than moderate severe groups, higher when compared with severe. shows some correlation between blood gases. was showed positive significant ferritin s. calcium 5 8 intervals (r=.284** , p=.009, r= .261*, p=.016).
